It's something people often ask "how do you find a lover? and in this article I'll be looking at a few simple but great tips on how to use Internet to your best advantage when hunting for a crossdressing lover, friend, cyber buddie or just a good old fashioned playmate.
One of the first things you will notice is there are loads of contacts, swingers and crossdressing, sites that all offer or claim of offer the "BEST contacts information" and you really have to question these statements as some clearly are just trying to get membership fees without even offering a free trail membership in return.
One of the key points we made when considering which contacts sites that we wanted to partner with was making sure people could gain access for FREE, so at least people could look around without having to part with any cash. Any site that doesn't offer this then I would stay clear of, after all would you buy anything without seeing it first, even just a picture! Exactly so why join a members only website without first seeing what members get?
When you've found a site you want to join you need to consider your profile, as I've seen some that really makes you wonder " why bother", so once you've signed up to the site put some effort in otherwise you'll never get a single reply and you'll end up thinking it's just "another con"! Where as the real reason is you just didn't put the effort in yourself.
The photos within a profile is the first thing a member will see when searching for crossdressing contacts and if you don't post any the first thing members will assume is that you are not really serious, second they will wonder what you've got to hide - if it's your face you are worried about showing, then by using some of the free photo editing tools online you can blur it out, at least that way people will still get some idea what your about, or even if it's just to show off your sexy legs or new french knickers you've bought - but a profile without pics will get a lot less interest.
Next, think about your profile headings, this is what will generally appear next to your photo and anyone looking for a crossdressing partner will see and read this long before clicking on your ad.
And last but by no means least the text within your profile. Don't just put one or two short lines put some real thought into it! If you haven't got a clue what to say get a friend to help you write it or do what many others will do and first read through what others have posted in their own profiles (another reason to be able to join a site free first), this will give you some better ideas. But don't just copy it, you have to remember your profile is the first thing people will see so if you want contacts put some work into it, make it personal to you - you are selling yourself here!!
If you put this effort into your photos, headings and the bit about yourself, you will get replies and make the crossdressing contacts you joined in the first place to make :-)
